1. Shipping Coverage
1.1 Eligible Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to:
- United States: All 50 states (excluding US territories)
- Canada: All provinces and territories
1.2 Shipping Restrictions
We DO NOT ship to:
- PO Boxes (signature required for delivery)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
- International addresses outside US/Canada
- Freight forwarding addresses

2. Processing Times
2.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays):
⏰ Standard Processing: 1-2 Business Days
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST ship the next business day.
📦 Order Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
2.2 High Volume Periods
During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3-5 business days. We'll notify you of any delays.

Expedited Shipping Notes:
- Available for US orders only (not available for Canada)
- Must be ordered before 12:00 PM PST for same-day processing
- Delivery times count from ship date, not order date
- Does not apply to weekends or holidays
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Tracking Number: Unique identifier for your shipment
- Carrier Name: FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, etc.
- Tracking Link: Direct link to monitor your delivery
- Estimated Delivery Date: Expected arrival date
4.2 Tracking Your Order
You can track your order in three ways:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number
- Contact us at info@amazingh2o.ca for assistance
4.3 Tracking Updates
Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't see updates after 48 hours, contact us.
5. Delivery
5.1 Signature Required
Due to the value of our products, adult signature (age 18+) is required for all deliveries. This protects against:
- Theft or porch piracy
- Delivery to wrong address
- Damage during unattended delivery
5.2 Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to sign:
- Carrier will leave a delivery notice
- You can schedule redelivery online or by phone
- Pick up from local carrier facility (ID required)
- After 3 failed attempts, package returns to us (you'll be contacted)
5.3 Delivery Address
IMPORTANT: Double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. If you enter an incorrect address:

- We'll attempt to intercept the shipment (fees may apply)
- Undeliverable packages incur return shipping charges
6. Shipping Costs & Taxes
6.1 Free Shipping Details
Our free shipping offer includes:
- Complete Systems: Always free shipping
- Replacement Filters: Free shipping on all filter orders
- Insurance: All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost
6.2 Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address:
- US Customers: State and local sales tax (varies by state)
- Canadian Customers: GST, HST, or PST (varies by province)
6.3 Customs & Duties
Cross-Border Shipments:
- We ship from Canada to US and vice versa
- Customs duties/fees are typically NOT required for water filtration systems under trade agreements (USMCA/CUSMA)
- If customs charges apply, they are the customer's responsibility
- Customs delays are rare but can add 1-3 days to delivery
7. Shipping Delays
7.1 Potential Delays
While rare, delays may occur due to:
- Weather Events: Storms, floods, snowstorms
- Carrier Issues: Mechanical problems, staffing shortages
- Customs Inspections: Random cross-border checks
- Holidays: Peak shipping periods
- Address Issues: Incorrect or incomplete addresses
7.2 What We Do
If your order is delayed:
- We'll proactively contact you with updates
- Track the package with the carrier
- File claims for lost packages (after 10 business days)
- Send replacements for confirmed lost shipments
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
8.1 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- DO NOT refuse delivery—accept the package
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible
- Take photos of the damaged box and product
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@amazingh2o.ca
- We'll arrange replacement or refund immediately
8.2 Lost Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for delivery notice or alternate drop-off location
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered before actual drop-off)
- Contact us at info@amazingh2o.ca
- We'll investigate with carrier and resolve within 5 business days
8.3 Insurance Claims
All shipments are fully insured. We handle all insurance claims on your behalf—you don't need to contact carriers directly.
9. Multiple Item Orders
9.1 Split Shipments
If you order multiple items:
- Items may ship separately from different warehouses
- You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
- All items are guaranteed to arrive within stated delivery window
9.2 Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock:
- We'll notify you before processing your order
- You can choose to wait or cancel that item
- Available items ship immediately; backordered items ship when restocked
- No restocking or delay fees
10. International Customers
10.1 Future Expansion

10.2 Freight Forwarders
We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or package consolidation services. Orders to these addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
11. Business & Bulk Orders
11.1 Commercial Shipping
For business or commercial deliveries:
- Provide complete business name and address
- Include suite/unit numbers and contact person
- Ensure someone is available to sign during business hours
- Commercial addresses may qualify for faster delivery

12. Holidays & Non-Delivery Days
12.1 Observed Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on these holidays:
United States:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Canada:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day (July 1st)
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving (October)
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
Orders placed during holidays ship the next business day.
13. Package Theft Prevention
13.1 Signature Requirement
Adult signature is mandatory for all deliveries to prevent theft. If you won't be home:
- Schedule delivery for a specific date/time via carrier website
- Authorize delivery to a neighbor (carrier-specific)
- Pick up from carrier facility with ID
13.2 Stolen Package Policy
If your package is stolen after delivery:
- File a police report immediately
- Contact us with the report number
- We'll work with you to resolve (replacement or insurance claim)
- Note: Carrier confirms delivery via signature, so theft claims require police documentation
14. Environmental Packaging
14.1 Sustainable Shipping
We're committed to reducing our environmental impact:
- Recyclable Materials: All boxes and packaging are 100% recyclable
- Minimal Packaging: We use right-sized boxes to reduce waste
- No Styrofoam: Eco-friendly cushioning materials only
- Carbon Offset: We offset shipping emissions through verified programs
14.2 Packaging Disposal
After receiving your order:
- Recycle all cardboard boxes
- Reuse packing materials or recycle them
- Keep manuals and warranty documentation

16. Shipping Carrier Information
16.1 Our Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe, timely delivery:

- Canada Post: Primary carrier for Canadian deliveries

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at info@amazingh2o.ca. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update it. Once shipped, carrier may charge rerouting fees.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
Local pickup is not currently available. All orders ship via our carriers.
Q: Do you ship on weekends?
We process orders Monday-Friday only. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
Q: Can I expedite an order after it's placed?
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we can upgrade (additional fees apply).
Q: What if I'm not home during delivery?
The carrier will leave a notice. You can schedule redelivery or pick up from their facility.
